(1) hwrpb_checksum() wasn't good enough for you?

(2) of all the places a definition for that function might belong,
alpha_cpu.h is _not_ one of them.


alpha_cpu.h is more or less "The alpha CPU as presented by the OSF
PALcode."  hwrpb stuff isn't dependant on the OSF PALcode, and is all
in rpb.h.

the prototype for hwrpb_checksum went into cpu.h, because, iirc, as of
the time i wrote it, rpb.h didn't have any function declarations in
it, and so i didn't like the idea of starting to add them there...
