While booting the NetBSD/Alpha 1.3F boot floppy I'm
getting a fatal kernel trap.

Here's what's visible on the screen after the trap:

de0: DEC00-AA 21140A [10-100Mb/s] pass 2.2
de0: address 00:00:f8:07:c8:46

fatal kernel trap:

   trap entry = 0x2 (memory management fault)
   a0            = 0x0
   a1            = 0x1
   a2            = 0x0
   pc            = 0xfffffc0000415734
   ra            = 0xfffffc0000420720
   curproc       = 0xfffffc00006c8978
      pid = 0, comm =

panic: trap
halted.

DEC OSF/1 v4.0 installed and runs ok.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
