I've been seeing this _FOREVER_ on my AlphaStation 500 w/ a QLogic SCSI
controller... the exact same error.  Reboot, and nothing is wrong w/
the file system.

I suspect the QLogic driver corrupts a buffer "occasionally" (I suspect
the QLogic driver because I've never seen it w/ anything else...)
