Almost all the alphas at NASA/Ames are on 100-BaseT nets. My
alphaPC164 at Feral.com is on 100BaseT. I believe I stuffed
a 100BaseT card into the runt PCI slot on a Multia last year
and tried it at 100BaseT. Whether this makes sense for putting
a card into an AXPCI33 and that working isn't entirely clear
but I believe falls under "ought to" (modulo netbooting, which
is a different toad entirely).
