It looks to me like the lk-201 code here is a descendant of the pmax
code.  I think it's better to move that code into sys/dev/dec, so it
can be shared by alpha and pmax and alpha when they all use wscons.
That should make a lot of people happy.

If anyone objects to that, please speak up now.
