Hi everyone!

I just installed NT 4.0 on a DEC Multia model VX-40*, running an Alpha 166.
There is a 2MB TGA video adapter onboard that I can only get to run at 256
colors.

I came of age, computer-wise, in the Wintel VGA world and I have not had
alot of experience with TGA adapters. Does anyone know how I can get my NT
environment display settings up to something a little more respectable than
256 colors? It seems to me that with 2MB of VRAM should be able to handle at
least 56K.

I would appreciate anyone's comments or thoughts on how to tweak this
machine a little, or if anyone knows of a location with driver updates, it'd
be great if you could let me know. There doesn't seem to be alot of help
from the Digital Web site.
