Aaa.  That's it.  The trouble is 4K block size filesystem on my own /u0 store.

f:  1081290   969570      4.2BSD      512  4096    16   # (Cyl. 1215 - 2569)

As I've been NetBSD/pmax user, I've never had trouble with 4K block.
I will re-create filesystem and try it.  If it goes well, I send
a cancel request of my PR.  Thanks.
