On 17-Nov-97 Juergen Weiss spoke unto us all:

The SRM does recieve the bootp packets from the server.. It acknowledges its
new IP, and thats roughly when it has a brief spaz, and attempts to load about
20 different kernels.  But tcpdump shows it at least acknowledging its new IP.
