I've just uploaded

    ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.3_ALPHA/alpha/19971105/toolchain.tar.gz

which is the latest toolchain, as compiled with the not quite so
latest toolchain. My next snapshot will be built with this. As
usual, let me know if anything explodes.
