DEC has now made the SRM console for the PC164, PC164LX, and PC164SX avaliable
on ftp://gatekeeper.dec.com/pub/DEC/Alpha/firmware/v5.0 .  I don't think 
NetBSD runs on either the 164LX, or 164SX though.
