Does anyone know which filenames are used for what when netbooting
the alpha port these days? I can set the -name flag when I boot
from the monitor and the bf flag in /etc/bootptab. Which specifies
the name of the second-stage bootstrap transferred via tftp, and
which specifies the path to mount for NFS, and the name of the
kernel to load from that NFS-mounted filesystem?
