Does anyone know if the console firmware on these motherboards can be
"upgraded" from one flavor (ARC to SRM) by use of the firmware update?
I've got one of these, and I would like to change from the ARC to the SRM
console firmware.

On a slight tangent, can a blank NVRAM chip be programmed with the
firmware update? This way you could have both consoles available, even
though you would have to switch chips....

And now a slightly related topic: will NetBSD support IDE drives with
this motherboard??

TIA
