I just got a chance to test using DMA target selection on the 53c9x
driver used on DEC 3000s.  It works Just Great on my 3000/400.

I have committed the necessary change to tcds_dma.c, which will appear
in tomorrow's SUP.

Anyone who wants to test this on their DEC 3000s, set the:

	ncr53c9x_dmaselect

variable on line 410 of sys/dev/ic/ncr53c9x.c to "1".
