So, the ELF toolchain is now stable to the point where i'm comfortable
giving it to volunteers for some testing.

What's required of volunteers:

	(1) must be running a -current kernel,

	(2) must have up-to-date boot blocks, i.e. at least as new
as the ones in the 961127 boot blocks,

	(3) must be willing to rebuild "a bunch" of binaries to use
shared libraries, and generally beat the new toolchain.

If you're interested, please send me 'uname -a' output, and give me
some hint as to what kind of stuff you'd like to do for (3) that's
"interesting."
