I'm getting panics when I write to NFSSERVER on NetBSD/Alpha from OSF/1
or NetBSD/i386.

Made this change to arch/alpha/conf/files.alpha (assuming that was
where it was supposed to go) and rebuilt the kernel in a clean compile
directory. The kernel still panics.
