Are you running a AXPpci or any other alpha-pci platform? I know
that this graphic card is supported by the i386 platform and  that
it works well, but on my system it causes a very hard crash as soon
as I call xinit or startx.

Could you then explain to me what I need to do in order to get it
running here ;-)
