memory leak in tcp_input.c: i forgot to free something before a
return.  fix is below.

I found this while hunting down an annoying TCP(?) bug that i can
reproduce reasonably regularly.  it's _not_ the cause of the bug,
but can hang a machine pretty well...  8-)
