When using PERL5_CONFIGURE the build insists on putting the files in
lib/perl5/vendor_perl/bin/, which obviously is not a normal thing for
$PATH.

I would otherwise love to use the auto-generated PLIST for perl
modules but am not sure how to make that happen.

Suggestions?
