Please review dbskkd-cdb and skk-jisyo-cdb

Hi,

Please review dbskkd-cdb and skk-jisyo-cdb.

I created modern SKK dictionary server package and its dictionary package.
pkgsrc/inputmethod/skkserv is old implementation.

dbskkd-cdb is SKK Japanese kana-kanji conversion server.
skk-jisyo-cdb is dictionary database for dbskkd-cdb.

With these packages, we can use recent dictionary database.
inputmethod/skkserv cannot accept recent dictionary databases.
