heirloom-toolchest packages

Hi all. I've added about 100 packages named heirloom-<progname> ti wip.
All of them are cimpiled sucessfully on NetBSD-3.1/x86 and Linux,
almost all on OpenBSD-4.0/spark64 and Solaris-10/spark64,
many - on Interix 3.5.

Comments and suggestions are welcomed.
