new packages: libuxre, libjudy and Pike

I commited two new packages to wip/, libuxre and libjudy. Both
they are very simple but comments and suggestions are very welcomed.

A few weeks ago I also begun packaging the Pike programming language
(pike-core, pike-gdbm and pike-mime). These are only a few components of
an upstream distribution, just for start. Has any anybody any idea?
Is it okay to implement install target using PLIST file?

P.S.
I found that some developers are subscribed to dev mailing list
and read each commit to cvs. Is it necessary to send announcements here?

P.P.S.
I whould be nice to see "subpackages" in pkgsrc, i.e.
PLIST.<pkg1>, PLIST.<pkg2>,..., DESCR.<pkg2>,...
