Updated wip/lighttpd and new package wip/libmemcache up for review

Hello pkgsrc-wip-review!

I've just commited my first two packages. The first is an update of
the old lighttpd[1] package, and the second is libmemcache[2], which
is an optional dependency for recent lighttpd versions. The new 1.4.x
branch of lighttpd has a lot of new features, and the package may
optionally depend on a whole bunch of stuff. So please try it out in
all kinds of combinations, since I've only tested it with everything
enabled and everything disabled.

At the moment, there are no known TODO items for the packages.
