I built and ran this the other day on Mac OS X. (I used PyQT-Mac for my
py-qt3-base distfile.)

I noticed it didn't have the path to the sub-commands it ran. I didn't
have LOCALBASE in my PATH, so I could run icecc but couldn't utilize it.
Maybe path to commands should be defined. Not really a problem though to
stop it from going into real pkgsrc.
