Hi pkgsrc crowd,

there have been some minor improvements and fixes in pkg_select on the 
past month. Among them, more information and wait popups, sysinst-like 
colorisatioon (defined in Makefile, do we want more ?), various bindings 
updates contributed by Iain Hibbert, fixups by Roland Illig, and sanity 
checks over the pkgsrc-over-ftp feature.
All this is commited to wip and should be fetchable right now. I don't 
include sources in files/ anymore.
As always, tests and feedback are welcome.
