This is a package of some driver LKMs and related configuration and testing tools for the "zaptel" framework, which is used in conjunction with the Asterisk software PBX. (see wip/asterisk for a package) Even if you don't have any of the zaptel-supported hardware, the 'ztdummy' provides timing services without which you can't do conferencing. (Though with the ztdummy driver, you will need a kernel with 'options HZ=1000') This package also pulls in the wip/newt package for the 'zttool' test tool, which I'd also appreciate a review of.
