please review bsflite

bsflite is a console-based aim client. 

It passes pkglint, and should be ready to go.  The MAINTAINER issues that 
Thomas pointed out in an earlier wip-discuss mail were addressed in an 
(accidentally) private email instead of an email to the list.  Basically, 
the author knows what's going on.
