About wip/paxmirabilis

Hi!

paxmirabilis is an implementation of pax, tar and cpio. The code comes
from the MirBSD tree.

The package should maybe not install bin/pax etc. but name them
differently. OTOH: is this useful at all, considering that the
bootstrap already installs pax from NetBSD?
