You're right. The orig files are the backups that were put there by mkpatches, 
they are not strictly necessary. However I do expect the current patches to 
move upstream this week, so they won't stick around too long. I could leave the 
orig-files out the next time I commit patches, but I personally think they come 
in handy when I'm still testing this. Are there any general rules for this?
