CVS back yet?

I thought I saw an announcement that SF CVS was back online, but when I tried 
to import a new package this morning, I got:

ssh: connect to host pkgsrc-wip.cvs.sourceforge.net port 22: Connection refused
cvs [import aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any)
