remove jdk14 and jdk15

Hi.

I'd like to remove wip/jdk14 and wip/jdk15 packages.
They are broken for years

  0 wip>pkg_src_summary wip/jdk15
   ------------------
  Bad package wip/jdk15, skipped
     not existing dependancy: lang/sun-jdk15
  0 wip>pkg_src_summary wip/jdk14
   ------------------
  Bad package wip/jdk14, skipped
     not existing dependancy: lang/sun-jdk14
  0 wip>

and it is unlikely that somebody will fix them.
Also they are unmaintained.
