PKGREVISION question

Hi,

I need to add a missing file to the PLIST of a package in pkgsrc-wip in order 
to make a dependency build correctly. Do I need to bump the PKGREVISION if I 
change PLIST? If someone has the current version of the package installed, my 
dependency will not build correctly.
