xfce4-extras and xmms plugin

As this is a meta package used to install "everything" I think it's reasonable 
to have the xmms plugin here. People who want to have a custom/minimalized Xfce 
installation should not use xfce4 and xfce4-extras packages.

Therefore I'm going to re-add this unless I hear a really good reason not to do 
so...
