Problems downloading pkgsrc-wip from SF.net CVS

Hello,

since a few days, I receive the same error when trying
to checkout pkgsrc-wip.

cvs update: failed to create lock directory for
'/cvsroot/pkgsrc-wip/wip/dbvi'
(/cvsroot/pkgsrc-wip/wip/dbvi/#cvs.lock): permission
denied
cvs update: failed to obtain dir lock in repository 
'/cvsroot7pkgsrc-wip/wip/dbvi'
 cvs [update aborted]: read lock failed - giving up

It occours even the same when downloading pkgsrc-wip
from scratch! 

What occours? SourceForce problems as mostly? Some
good pkgsrc-wip mirror? pkgsrc-wip will use a better
server instead of sourceforge.net?

I use DragonFly BSD 1.4.5 on an AthlonXP 1GHz+
computer with 512MB ram.
