Latest PPTP client package ready for review

Greetings!

The net/pptp package is very outdated, and http://pptpclient.sf.net/
offers revision 1.7.0 which is years after what we have in pkgsrc. A
wip/pptp package is one old from net/pptp with applied patches based on
pkg/26842 and my further modifications.

Unfortunately (or even fortunately), I have no access to MPPE enabled
PPTP server, and thus I can't test MPPE support. On the other hand,
AFAIU MPPE support must be enabled for pppd only, so this package
should work well as is.

Could anybody review package, ran some tests, and update net/pptp,
please?
