Commit mail script updated

I updated the cvs-mail script in the repository (the script that
generates cvs commmit mails sent to the pkgsrc-wip-cvs mailing
list).

It contains a bugfix for finding common directories and adds cvsweb
links to the commit mails. Thanks to Christoph Egger for this new
feature and the bug fix.

I also removed an inappropriate line about diffs from the import
mails.
