Log Message:
Import libepoxy-1.2 as wip/libepoxy.

Epoxy is a library for handling OpenGL function pointer management for you.
It hides the complexity of dlopen(), dlsym(), glXGetProcAddress(),
eglGetProcAddress(), etc. from the app developer, with very little knowledge
needed on their part.

This is required by upcoming wip/modular-xorg-server update and requires
MesaLib with EGL (in other words wip/MesaLib)

To generate a diff of this commit:
