Update wip/vimb to vimb-2.4.

Changes:
- Show the completion list after the height was set
- Fixed g_source_remove call with none existing source that causes some error
  messages on new glib
- Fixed wrong default treeView height on gtk3
- Fixed compile error on FreeBSD
- Added setting to switch vimb into fullscreen mode
- Added kiosk mode
- Fixed shown random data on ':set header?' if no header was set
