Update ecore to version 1.7.9.

Changes since Ecore 1.7.8:

Fixes:
  * ecore_evas/wayland_egl: Only render if last frame has been presented.
  * ecore/wayland: Fix screen size get when screen is rotated.
  * ecore_imf: Fix memory leak in scim immodule
  * ecore_evas/wayland_egl: Add missing _ecore_evas_move_resize()
