Log Message:
Import pdsh-2.29 as wip/pdsh.

Pdsh is a high-performance, parallel remote shell utility.
It uses a sliding window of threads to execute remote
commands, conserving socket resources while allowing some
connections to timeout if needed.

To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs -z3 rdiff -u -r0 -r1.1 wip/pdsh/DESCR wip/pdsh/Makefile wip/pdsh/PLIST \
    wip/pdsh/distinfo
