Log Message:
(1) Bump versio 2.22 to 2.23.1
   Following command will show you 147 lines of updates
   from 2.22 to 2.23.1
      sed -n 1,/2011-08-19/p binutils-2.23.1/ChangeLog
(2) patches/patch-aa 
     Add comment as avoid libiberty.a
(3) patches/patch-ac
    Remove this patch, nothing changed with and without.
