Import into wip/netclasses

Log Message:
Import netclasses-1.06 as wip/netclasses.

netclasses is an asynchronous networking library that works on OS X natively,
and any of the multitude of platforms supported by GNUstep. You've never seen
an easier way to put together network applications!
