Import into wip/ekg2

Log Message:
EKG2 is opensource IM client for Unix systems (Linux, *BSD, SunOS, Solaris,
MacOS, X, BeOS). Source code is protected by GPL.

Program supports plugins, which make possibility to support many diffrent
protocols.
