Update opera-devel to 9.0-Preview-2.  Also change the package's name so it will
be distinct from 9.0-Final.

New features in Opera 9.0-Preview-2: 
* Opera Widgets

* improved pop-up blocker
* site specific preferences
* thumbnail preview
