Update to use modular X.org version from release candidate 0.
xlibs was non-official and experimental.

Also include wip/libXau/buildlink3.mk and wip/xextproto/buildlink3.mk.

Adds man pages.

Remove includes for xproto and xextensions from buildlink3.mk.
(Don't depend on X if using this modular X component.)
