Up from 1.5 to 1.8
- Fix the new master_site -> old one was down for about a year :/

- dump state every 1000 words downloaded
- append instead of overwrite on output files
- rewrite cmdline flags parser
- add the "resume" mode to continue on large scans

- allow to add new HTTP headers

- fixed some bugs around finetunning scans
- use keep-alive for faster scans
- check overwrite of output files
