Update to 1.4.3.

  * added gracefull shutdown
  * added server.max-connections
  * fixed compilation on all BSD platforms
  * fixed init of kqueue and /dev/poll after daemonize
  * fixed segfault if select() is event-handler and more than FD_SETSIZE
    fds are opened
  * fixed compilation of mod_cml
  * fixed bin-copy-env in mod_fastcgi
