Import into wip/glurp

Log Message:
A GTK2-based graphical client with a simple and clean interface.

Features include:
    * Support for loading/saving playlists
    * A file browser
    * Playlist quicksearch
    * Supports streams in MPD (MPD 0.11.0 and newer)
    * ID3 Information
    * Single window interface, with possibility to hide the playlist
    * Support for enabling and disabling MPD outputs (MPD 0.12.0 and newer)
