Import into wip/poppler

Log Message:
This is poppler, a PDF rendering library. It is a fork of the xpdf
PDF viewer developed by Derek Noonburg of Glyph and Cog, LLC.

This was started after some discussion on a freedesktop.org list.
This might be useful for pkgsrc soon. (Several packages had security
issues relating to the original xpdf code; by maintaining in a single
project, this should make it easier.)
