Packaging changes:
 * More example scripts included in the package to prepare for rc automation

Upstream changes:
 * Fix OO regression in method dispatch
 * Fix port for SCO OpenServer
 * Fix port for Tru64 UNIX
 * Port to OS/2 4.52+
 * Make systemd units friendlier to RPM packaging
