zathura-pdf-mupdf: Add a remainder about patches/patch-links.c in the TODO

(IIRC a PDF with index but missing pages should trigger that problem!, to
generate such PDF I think that `mutool clean pdf-with-index.pdf
problematic-pdf-with-index-but-without-pages.pdf 1' will do the trick!
(a possible pdf-with-index.pdf is `The NetBSD Guide'!))
